To my fellow indie-music-geek barflies:
Now that we have an indoor-space-smoking ban in Chicago (%$*%&#*(#!) , you need to understand that your days and nights of blithely expelling your toxic anal vapors at will and forgoing "corporate, patriarchal, petrochemical" deodorant--secure in the belief that no one will notice--are OVER.
Shit, even if I wasn't a smoker, I'd have to step outside every couple of hours just to breathe now.
