Vague malaise today.

Penicillin is doing its work. Today I felt a burst of cabin fever, and spent it all re-arranging the closets. This has NOTHING to do with needing to find more junk CDs to sell to afford the 2nd-hand-iBook of my dreams, no, not at all. And it certainly has NOTHING to do with a drive to find one book in particular that's gone missing that's obsessively-compulsively needed for my WIP, no. Mission one successful, mission two, alas, not.

I have a strange growth on my forehead that resembles a goose egg I might've got in a drunken stupor, except I haven't been in one recently, and it doesn't hurt as it should. It's either the ultimate volcanic zit-in-progress, a giant stealth-skeeter-bite, or a horn growing in. Only time will tell.

I think some for me is that it's a holiday weekend, but it doesn't feel much like a holiday; not doing anything special, just trying to catch up on work.

That's probably it too. I'm glad to not feel like shit on a stick anymore, and glad to not have to go to work tomorrow...but nobody seems to have any exciting things going on, and I'm so behind from the week I was ill, it's just...not much fun.

i've got the first half of Serpent and Phoenix in a showable state, if you want it. i already gave it to QW, who seemed to need it most, but obviously it's yours too. like i said..."showable," not finished. still so much to work out! it's pretty huge, though.

I am so, SO close. My favorite dealer, Tom of MacAttic in Michigan, called to tell me he's got some G3 iBooks w/OSX in for $300. (Sound good to you? I know yours is old and creaky too. I like this guy - he's fast and honest)

anything with OSX is miles above what i have (though i love my Slytherin-colors iMac! i do i do!). it sounds great.

Working on art. So therefore, happy today :) Probably some serious PSing on one project, and casual rough sketching on another.
