Cigarette-free.

I kinda feel like that's nothing - I mean, that's only a month for every decade I was a smoker.

But I also feel like it's something. Something big.

Way to go. I don't know how many times I tried to quit before 2 blood clots in my left lung made the decision for me. I was off them for 3 years then had to move back to my home town to take care of my mother. Started again, went about year, year and a half then got sick and decided I didn't want to be dragging and oxygen tank around with me. Been using the nicotine gum, so still addicted to nicotine but better than smoking.
