Why?

Well, for the Americans in the house, it's Repeal Day! (snagged from annechen67) The repeal, of course, refers to the ill-advised 18th Amendment to the Constitution, aka Prohibition, and its repeal means we have a Constitutionally protected right to get sloshed. Or at least protected inasmuch as I hope no one will ever be dumb enough to try that again.


It's also the divine divinetailor's birthday. Revel in the blessings, my love: the ones you've earned and the ones that were gifts, all of them. You've already paid a lifetime of blessings forward.
