Ah, I see. I guess since I never got involved in any other fandom as seriously as GO, I missed out on the bloody goodness. I think I'm glad.

I've never been in a serious shipwar. I shipped oddball pairings in LOTR and Snape/Anybody in HP (and that niche of the fandom is, as you can imagine, snark central) and have never really had a serious OTP before A/C (but even then I'm not a true OTPer by some definitions, as stories featuring one of them with somebody else don't make me physically ill or psychically violent.)

I do love watching the wank comms. They're very educational.
