Quick Questions time.

Not much time right now, as I have rewrites to make, research to do, goats to fuck, la de da.

Question #1: Magic Carpets
Somewhere in the HP series (I think in one of the earlier books), I remember a reference to flying carpets being contraband/illegal in Wizard Britain. Does anyone know off the top of their heads where this reference is? (And does it give any hint of why?)

ETA: The reference is in Goblet of Fire, by way of HP Lexicon. Thanks, [livejournal.com profile] linnpuzzle. Now, we play with why. That's the fun part.

Question #2: Rimming
Two schools of thought on this: out-there kinky thing that merits its own warnings/advertisements? Or really just a subcategory of oral sex, which, as Dan Savage says, "comes standard"? (Upfront bias alert: I tend to the latter camp)
