I've been thinking that if I could ask Gneil and/or PTerry one Good Omens-related question, it would actually have nothing to do with the theology of the changed world or a second apocalypse or the mysteries of the Horsepersons or anything related to whether or not Aziraphale and Crowley are So Doing It (tm). Those are all things for fandom to play with, which it does quite nicely.

It would be a fairly straightforward question.

That thought has crossed my mind numerous times... and then slipped away as though someone didn't want me to think about it too hard ;) Sound familiar? I don't think we're meant to know. Generally, my concept has been "all of womankind", like picking a gene here, a gene there, at random.

Interesting . . . I’ve never thought about this before. In the movie The Omen the antichrist’s mother was a jackal, which was very weird and creepy, but I definitely think Adam’s mother is human. I really like the Madonna theory— it makes sense in a cracked out sort of way.
