Right after I posted that, the iBook died again. I'm writing this on the old clamshell. So much for enjoying my new iPod. Or checking any web sites that don't get along with Mac OS9 and an archaic version of Mozilla.

Why are the out-of-date things always the only reliable ones? Time and again, my mild Luddism gets justified.
