The Middle Distance

Hmm, I have an idea for you. Last year, ds_flashfiction did a Badfic Summary-a-thon somewhat reminiscent of mctabby's Blame Someone Else fest: participants commented to the sign-up post with an invented summary worthy of execution, and then the mods mixed them up and assigned them out, and we all had two weeks, I think, to write something. There were some truly inspired stories, some purported excerpts of larger ones, some ficlets, some imitation badfic, some total crackfic - it was a lot of fun.
