The Middle Distance

We enjoyed this so much - one of my favorite things about AUs is the worldbuilding, and seeing how setting changes character in subtle ways, and figuring out analogous roles, and...just all of that, how would it work? Easier than one might think, in a lot of places here!

Second, I am really intrigued by the idea of Rupert Graves wearing a sheriff's uniform.
