The Middle Distance

I'd never listened to the Velvet Underground until his death, but since seeing friends obviously touched by his death, I gave the music a listen. He's obviously a great musician and it make s me sad that I didn't listen while he was alive.

I'm sorry you're going through this, in any event. It stinks, particularly if you can't share it with everyone you'd like to. But even if I didn't enjoy his craft, I'd still be upset on your behalf. *hugs*
