How about...a cable and internet outage?!

There were some pretty nasty high winds in Chicago last night, and Comcast folded under the strain like a house of cards.

Fortunately, there are no less than 3 cafés with free WiFi within a 5-minute walk of me, so I've got a couple of hours (I'm at the biggest one that's open latest). Unfortunately, I can't count on them to be open on a $%8(#$* holiday, so if Comcast doesn't come through (I'm not optimistic about their track record), so I might be fucked after tomorrow evening, and not in the good way.

Fellow go_exchange mods, consider this a warning that my presence may be erratic, though I will do everything in my power to stay on top of things.
