It's the little things.

Somewhere in conversation around the phone table at work today, my age came up, and both the lady in her 20s (the Torchwood geek!) and the lady in her 70s jaw-dropped at me. Apparently all my, ahem, clean living has kept me youthful.

I got my Remix assignment and it is THIRTY-SEVEN FLAVORS OF AWESOME!!!! The hard part is deciding which of her gazillion cool stories in the bazillion fandoms we have in common to remix. She tends to write short, maybe I'll do more than one. (She seems to dig crossovers so maybe I'll make a massive mashup!)

I'll have to clarify a couple of things -- the good doctor is at this point operating under an alias, obviously (this being post-Silence-of-the-Lambs, which it would have to be to mesh with the Potterverse timeline).

I propose that Luna had escaped from the Death Eaters, was injured enough to need medical treatment, and was unable/unwilling to attempt to pass as a Muggle. She's about to be committed to the loony bin... but the doctor who will be making that decision may decide that he has other plans.
