The subtitle comes from "A Lamentation" by Swinburne:

All the perilous ways,
Strange winds have spoken with me,
And the tongues of strange days."
The plot is getting increasingly convoluted, and the OCs are running rampant. More canon folks in the next installment, though. (Incentive to read this part: het and femslash warnings.)
