go_exchange but I'm also interested in hearing from anybody who's done any kind of sekrit-santa type anonymous fic/art exchange...

waxbean and I were discussing the way there's always a lot of guessing going on in private and semi-private (and we of course are not eligible to play this game), and we were wondering about hosting a post just for that purpose, right before the Big Reveal, and then we can all laugh about how spot-on or dead-wrong the guesses are.
BUT...is this idea utterly booby-trapped with potential for hurt feelings and wank that I'm missing? Wouldn't be the first time I puttered obliviously past a Red Flag.
What do y'all think?
