vulgarweedFor no apparent reason yesterday, a high fever fell on me like a piano in a Loony Tunes. I was feeling fine in the morning/early afternoon, and the next thing you know, I just collapsed and lay flapping around helplessly groaning. Everything ached. I couldn't get warm.
M brought me orange juice. G brought me spicy Thai soup. I slept about 18 hours. I still feel like someone's taken a meat tenderizer to my throat.
A little warning would have been nice.

Date: 2007-08-27 05:39 pm (UTC)I always drink very hot herbal tea against throat aches. I'm not sure why something that'd normally just burn my tongue has such wonderful pain reducing effects, but it works wonders.
Also, if you need distraction and cheering up, Dreya has posted a new chapter on LT.
